Fast track opportunities for high performing/high potential recruitment professionals

 

Applications are being invited for a number of newly created Gateway to leadership positions.


Offered both internally and externally, these are fast-track roles – designed to effect and enable a significant career step change for those successfully completing the programme.

Successful candidates will benefit from a high quality development programme, be enrolled on an accredited leadership programme to L5/degree level and form part of a small Future Leaders cohort internally to help drive strategically important projects within the business.

Those that successfully complete the programme will secure business manager designate status and therefore, become recognised future leaders to support our planned planned growth and expansion.

Although the opportunity is open to those who are currently excelling in their current role, your attention is drawn to the following criteria/considerations:

  1. Those with genuine ambition for a management/leadership role, who have demonstrated a willingness and ability to learn and develop and have successfully and demonstrably applied new skills and capabilities in their current function - will be best equipped to benefit from this opportunity.
  2. There needs to be a recognition on the part of the applicant that the nature of the evolving role and professional development commitment required to achieve the academic standard – will require a significant investment of your own time.
  3. Successful candidates will need to successfully complete the programme and successfully fulfil the additional responsibilities and objectives attached to the Leadership Gateway roles before designate status is confirmed.
  4. Not for the fainthearted - by fast track - we mean accelerated learning. You will need plenty of energy, intellectual bandwidth, resilience and a commitment to excellence.
