Cubed Resourcing is working with Carnaud Metal Box Engineering a market leader in the design, development and manufacture of high-speed can making machinery, with an $8.5 bn turnover, a reputation for excellence and operations in 41 countries. 

We are currently recruiting for a maintenance janitor to work at their site in Shipley, Bradford.

Successful applicants will have a good history of this type of work and have worked in a similar environment particularly engineering.

The role of Maintenance Janitor includes:-

•         Support maintenance engineers to ensure planned and reactive maintenance schedules are followed

•         Oil management

•         Filter changes

•         General repairs

•         TPM support

•         Painting and general janitorial duties

Pay:£11.09 per hour.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 07:30 - 16:15 and Fridays 07:30 - 13:00
For this position you will need to demonstrate and evidence your previous five years' work history. You will need to provide credible references from your current/previous employers before testing stage.
Cubed Resourcing also operate a recommend a friend scheme in line with the clients advertised positions. £100 will be paid along with your wage for those individuals recommended. This incentive is subject to Cubed Resourcing terms and conditions.

Sales Office Administrator

Cubed Resourcing currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our client, a UK leading distributor of quality household brands, as a Sales Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

As a Sales Administrator you will be part of a team of 11 across the Sales Department. Much of the Sales Administrator role will involve handling the incoming calls, the sales department can take anything between 600 & 750 calls per day.

Our client is looking for someone who is happy being on the telephone for most of the day, as well as dealing with general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role will include:

  • Taking a high volume of inbound sales calls daily, ranging from:
  • Taking and accurately processing sales orders using bespoke system

  • Answering a variety of technical questions surrounding products or product ranges

  • Giving updates on estimated delivery times

  • Handling any general complaints that may arise

  • Providing outstanding customer service on every call, guaranteeing each individuals customer’s experience is second to none
  • Detailed administration following calls
  • Using Microsoft Word to format and send letters of confirmation
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual, who copes well under pressure, and always provides and maintains the high levels of service that we offer, service for our client is key.

  • Previous customer service experience in a busy and fast paced office
  • Industry relevant experience within bathrooms
  • Good computer skills:  Microsoft Office
  • Confident in dealing with inbound telephone calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position is a full time position (40hrs) Monday to Friday. 23 days plus bank holidays, annual profit related bonus, attendance bonus. Team and company events. Due to the location, own transport is necessary.

Assistant Production Manager

Cubed resourcing is pleased to be recruiting for an assistant Production Manager for our manufacturing client based in North Yorkshire.

Our client is a privately-owned company who can design and implement large or small manufacturing process for their customers.

Their core business is in the water treatment environment and have a facility for spray drying for animal feeds and house hold products such as dishwater tablets.

For the position of Assistant Production Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the site’s various processes and assisting the Site Manager in key areas such as budget control, project realisation, continuous improvement, business expansion and regulatory compliance. The role holder will also deputise in full for the Site Manager during holiday and absence periods.

As the assistant Production manager, you will have the following:

  • Strong people management
  • Ideally experience within a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Experience of managing operations to regulatory compliance such as COMAH & EPR/PPC.
  • Proven cost control, efficiency improvements and project planning.
  • Appreciation of engineering standards and practices.
  • Provide strong leadership and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible with the ability to work in a high hazard and high-pressure environment.
  • Education to HNC level or above preferred but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who will be given autonomy to run the site, involved with the development of their teams as the company heavily invests in training and development from FLT to Leadership.
