Cubed Resourcing has design, engineering, technology and manufacturing at its heart. Founded by former Director of Pace Micro Technology, Rob Fleming alongside Steven Street who has a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. The business has a diverse operating platform, with fixed locations, onsite operations, strategic hubs and embedded in-house with clients.
Uniquely, we focus on hand picked skilled appointments and insist on an ongoing consultancy role with clients to manage staffing strategy as part of their business plan.
Ultimately, our approach with clients is one of joint enterprise – a collaboration that brings our skills, expertise, resources and energies to bear; in order to deliver the best possible results; first time and every time.
