Yorkshire-based recruitment and talent management specialists Cubed Talent have confirmed James Macbeth has joined the business as Director of Contingency and Agile Managed Services.

 This new senior Appointment signals confidence and commitment to invest in growth and job creation at Cubed Talent Management.
 
James has an impressive and longstanding track record of creating and building high performance teams, delivering an exceptional range of bespoke recruitment services throughout the North to businesses across a diverse range of sectors.

James joins Brett HemingwayStella Redgrave-NevisonJosh SteelePasquale (Paz) Scornaienchi and Vicki Street as part of the Cubed Talent Executive team and is a key stakeholder in the business’s NxTGeN succession plans. The Exec team and other rising stars within the business have just embarked on a bespoke Future Leaders - Leadership Development Programme; an ILM accredited programme specifically mapped to and designed to enable the P25 strategy.
 
Cubed CEO Steve Street summarised the development; “Cubed Talent is entering an important phase of its development with 2023 heralding the formal run up towards our Project ’25 mission. This will include: a handover of all day-to-day operations and control to the NxTGeN team. The creation of and participation in an earned equity scheme, and the appointment of a new board of directors – including a Group MD.”
 
The strategy has been coined ‘Built to Last’ (thank you Jim Collins!) and is further tangible evidence of the Board’s passion for and commitment to building a sustainable business and in doing so, empowering the next generation of business leaders.”
 
Assuming immediate and overall control of the contingency, volume, onsite and multi-site division, James’ brief and mandate is to evolve the business unit to become a major force throughout the industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, E-fulfilment and facilities management sectors.
